Bright March Consulting
Support for the moments that change everything.
Relational intensives, experiential coaching, clinical consultation, and leadership development for individuals, couples, families, and organizations navigating substance use challenges, grief, transition, and systemic change.
At Bright March Consulting, we support people and systems at inflection points — when relationships feel strained, when families are navigating addiction-related stress, when grief reshapes identity, or when leaders are called to guide teams through uncertainty. These moments do not require urgency. They require clarity, courage, structure, and intention.
About Bright March Consulting
Meet Merrilee
Merrilee Dahm Larsen, LCPC, CCS, MBA, is a therapist, coach, consultant, and program developer dedicated to helping individuals, families, and organizations move through challenge with resilience and intention.
Her clinical foundation includes experiential and evidence-based approaches that deepen self-awareness, increase mutual understanding, and create space to address complex challenges while encouraging growth and recovery.
At the heart of Bright March Consulting is the belief that healthy, mutually supportive relationships begin with self-compassion. When individuals learn to treat themselves with clarity and care, communication strengthens, accountability becomes possible, and systems begin to stabilize.
In addition to clinical expertise, Merrilee brings MBA training and more than a decade of leadership experience in behavioral health program development. She has created, launched, and strengthened treatment programs designed to support recovery, build operational excellence, and cultivate resilient team cultures.
Her work bridges emotional depth and systemic design — supporting both healing and high-functioning leadership. It is rooted in the belief that healing, growth, and recovery are possible with the right support, structure, and guidance.

Leadership and Organizational Development
Bright March Consulting extends beyond relational work into behavioral health program development and executive coaching.
Merrilee combines MBA training with clinical leadership experience to support organizations seeking to build resilient teams, improve communication, and strengthen operational design.
Services include:
• Leadership style assessment
• High-conflict team mediation
• Strategic planning
• Burnout prevention & resilience programming
• Psychological safety initiatives
• Communication labs & experiential team building
Her leadership philosophy draws from lived experience, behavioral science, and lessons forged through outdoor challenge and mountaineering.
Challenge builds cohesion. Discomfort creates growth. Teams who move through crisis together develop generative cultures grounded in curiosity, accountability, and shared resilience.
Drawing on research in psychological safety and resilient leadership, Merrilee helps organizations assess and recalibrate the core drivers of effective teams:
Attitude
Energy
Outlook
Engagement
Cohesion
When these elements are aligned, teams innovate. When psychological safety is present, candor is welcome. And when leaders cultivate both courage and containment, organizations thrive.
Merrilee Larsen, MBA, LCPC, CCS
“Growth is born in transition—through grief, change, and new responsibility—when we learn to meet ourselves again and choose a life that aligns.”
